At ersinis, user data privacy and code security are our top priorities. Our application is built with a Local-First architecture, ensuring that your data remains strictly on your machine.

💻 2. Data Processing & Storage

• No Personal Data Collection: Users' personal data such as name, surname, email address, or identity information are not collected in any way and are never transferred to central servers.
• Local Vector Memory (RAG): Semantic memory and indexing belonging to your projects are stored entirely on your local computer (e.g., in the .ersinis directory).
• Voice Commands (Local Whisper): During voice coding and command mode, voice data is processed locally on your device; it is not sent to external audio servers.
• No Telemetry / Analytics: Background tracking software (telemetry/analytics) that monitors your usage habits is not used.

🎙️ 3. Device Permissions

The following system permissions may be requested when necessary for application functionality:

• Microphone and Speech Recognition: Used only to capture voice input while the user is actively utilizing the voice command feature.
• File System Access: Required only to perform actions (writing code, running terminal commands, etc.) in the project folders explicitly chosen by the user.

🔑 4. API Keys and AI Services

Users keep the API keys of their chosen AI providers (e.g., OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic, etc.) on their own systems. Requests are sent directly to the official API endpoints of the respective service provider. ersinis does not collect or store your API keys on intermediary servers.

🌐 5. Website and Cookies

This website (ersinis.web.app) does not use third-party cookies that track users. Basic settings that improve the user experience, such as language preference, are stored only in your browser's local storage (localStorage).
